TC NBR Oil Seal

Commonly used TC oil seals are generally made of NBR material. They are a very common oil seal and are widely used in various fields such as automobiles, industrial equipment, agricultural machinery, ships, aerospace, etc. The inside of the TC oil seal is a metal skeleton that provides support, which is the key to the TC oil seal's ability to withstand pressure. The outside is covered with NBR rubber. The main sealing lip contacts the rotating shaft of the machine to prevent lubricating oil leakage. The dustproof lip is located on the outside of the main sealing lip to prevent dust from entering. A spring is installed inside the sealing lip to ensure that the sealing lip and the rotating shaft maintain a suitable contact pressure. TC is a double-lip oil seal, where T represents double lips and C represents the outer coating rubber.

NBR TC oil seals have good oil resistance, wear resistance and aging resistance, and are suitable for general oil media, such as mineral oil, lubricating oil, fuel oil, etc., with low cost. The operating temperature is -30℃-100℃, and it can withstand high temperatures of 120℃ in a short period of time. It can be used in various parts of automobile engines, gearboxes, differentials, etc.

Before installing and using NBR TC oil seals, pay attention to whether the size, model and specification of the oil seal meet the requirements of the installation location, whether the oil seal is deformed or damaged, and clean the oil stains, impurities and burrs on the surface of the installation location to ensure smoothness. During use, check the working status of the oil seal regularly. If the oil seal is found to be worn, aged or leaking, it should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the sealing effect.
